3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must provide a valid TRON (TRX) wallet address and create a 6-digit security PIN. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN at all times.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from a forgotten or compromised PIN.

4. Mining Plans and Earnings

Trxpool.io offers various TRX mining plans with the following terms:

• Free Plan: Earns 2 TRX per day with no investment required.
• Paid Plans: Basic (100 TRX), Starter (200 TRX), Standard (1000 TRX), Enterprise (5000 TRX), Ultimate (10,000 TRX), VIP (20,000 TRX).
• Earnings are credited to your account balance daily based on your active plan.
• Mining rates are subject to change with notice.

5. Withdrawals

The following withdrawal rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 TRX.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request.
• TRX is sent directly to your registered wallet address.
• We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of fraud.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly communicated.

6. Affiliate Program

Trxpool.io offers an affiliate referral program with the following terms:

• Free plan members earn 10% commission on referred users' purchases.

• Affiliate earnings are credited to your account balance upon successful referral.
• Manipulation of the referral system will result in account termination.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users. Terminated accounts forfeit all pending earnings.

12. Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for 90 consecutive days may have their balance cleared. We will attempt to notify users by email (if provided) before such action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital asset laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
